SATURDAY, APRIL 25 - JOE LOCKE QUINTET
Joe Locke returns to the Ballard Jazz Festival four years after his legendary live recording. Join us at The Nordic Heritage Museum for a concert featuring Joe Locke's Quintet featuring Darrell Grant, Thomas Marriott, Jeff Johnson and John Bishop. Opening the concert will be guitarist Corey Christiansen who's new CD was called, "one of the most satisfying soul-jazz recordings of the year."

SUNDAY, APRIL 26 - SWEDISH PANCAKE JAZZ BRUNCH
Two Ballard traditions join forces to conclude our 2009 Festival. Join us at the Nordic Heritage Museum on Sunday morning for a wonderful pairing of Swedish Pancakes and jazz!
