Brent Jensen is the Director of Jazz Studies and Woodwinds at the College of Southern Idaho in Twin Falls. He is the artistic director for the CSI Jazz Summit and the Jazz Saturdays workshop series.
Brent has performed with a variety of jazz artists including Gene Harris, Bobby Shew, John Stowell, Bill Watrous, the Lionel Hampton Big Band, Curtis Stigers, Gary Foster, Dave Peck, Dianne Schuur, Kristin Korb, Lew Soloff, Don Menza and others. His recordings have received national jazz radio airplay and have been featured in jazz periodicals such as Jazziz, Cadence, Jazz Improv, and Saxophone Journal. |

Seattle native Bill Anschell returned to the Emerald City in 2002 after spending 25 years studying, composing, and performing across the country and around the world.
Anschell left Seattle after high school, studying for two years at Oberlin College (Ohio), then earning his Music Degree from Wesleyan University (Connecticut). At Wesleyan, Anschell worked closely with saxophone great Bill Barron. He also studied semi-privately with South Indian mrdangum master T Ranganathan, kindling a passion for rhythmic experimentation that has driven Anschell's music ever since. |

Doug Miller is an active jazz bassist, composer and teacher living in the Seattle area. Before moving to Seattle, he played professionally in New York City and Indianapolis. He has toured with the Count Basie Orchestra, the Ellington Orchestra (under the direction of Mercer Ellington), Ernestine Anderson and New Stories. He has also performed with Mel Lewis, James Moody, George Cables, Pete Christlieb, Mark Murphy, Marvin Stamm, Don Sickler, Julian Priester, Karrin Allyson, Ralph Towner, Bobby Porcelli, Dick Hyman, Bobby Shew, Ken Peplowski, Ray Vega, Jim Rotondi and many other jazz greats. Doug has also performed in concert with trumpeter Allen Vizzutti in a mixture of composed music as well as jazz standards.
Many of his compositions are featured on New Stories records as well as the Big Neighborhood CD and several Don Lanphere recordings. Additionally, he has composed eclectic music for orchestra. Doug also served as the Jazz Bass Instructor at the University of Washington from 1995-2004. |

Greg Williamson, drummer, percussionist and composer, has toured as a member of the swinging big bands of Woody Herman, Glenn Miller and Harry James. He has appeared on over 30 CDs, including the recent "JazzInIt" by singer Dee Daniels, which has been charting #1 across Canada. He travelled several years with Steve Allen and Tonight Show Live with legendary pianist Paul Smith. He has performed with Seattle's own and widely renown vocalist Ernestine Anderson since 1991, presently acting as her musical director. For many years he has led his own groups ranging from Greg Williamson Quartet to the Pony Boy All-Star Big Band. Greg has played and hung out with many of the old cats of the jazz scene, learning from experience - legendary jazzers like Buddy Catlett, Ray Brown, Red Kelly, Bill Ramsay and Jay Thomas. In 1994 he founded Pony Boy Records which has produced 40 releases, the annual Pony Boy Records Jazz Picnic, and the weekly series Jazz & Sushi. |
